WhoKnows is a rapidly growing, VC-backed startup. We've launched a B2B lead gen platform combining automation, analytics, and AI as well as offering our own growth marketers and SDRs to our customers as well. We work with B2B startups to help them build their repeatable lead gen engine, and we grew 10x last year.

We need a recruiter/talent acquisition lead that specializes in hiring SDRs and Account Execs to help us continue to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with the Sales and Customer Success team to collaborate during the hiring process
  • Use many platforms to source excellent talent and actively source passive candidates
  • Make compelling presentations to all candidates about WhoKnows
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process and keep a strong pipeline
  • Track and document candidate communications in ATS
  • Have fun and enjoy your contribution to growing an exciting company

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience specifically in sales roles
  • Experience sourcing candidates via multiple tools
  • Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • You've worked at early-stage startups before (watching Silicon Valley does not count)
